We spent a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic pace of everyday life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite some small problems encountered, was able to immediately remedy them, giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

Carmine and his wife welcomed us very warmly. Despite language difficulties, we were able to communicate very well. The property is super maintained by both, every corner is clean. There are no weeds. The pool and surroundings are also very nicely laid out, lots of space. We had a very relaxing holiday. Thanks very much. Anja and family

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

I recommend this house more than more than more. Especially having stayed in other houses before… and especially Francesca She is friendly, kind, caring. The house is extremely well equipped with sheets, towels, flour, sugar …. Everything you need The pool, the balls⚽️, the sunbathing, the calm, the beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay again and the kids would too. Thanks for a great week. 🙏

We stayed with 11 friends at this villa for a few days and had a really good time! The house is spacious, cozy and well maintained, perfect for large groups. The owners were very kind and available to all our needs, always present but never intrusive. The location is convenient, just 10 minutes from the center of Anzio, so easy to reach but quiet enough to relax. A great experience, highly recommended!

Apartment and it’s terracw were very nice and convenient, in quiet neighborhood. During the week it was very quiet, weekends were busier. Location is great, walking distance to beach and supermarket. The pool was also very nice, our 9-Year-old enjoyed it very much. Host Constantino was very friendly and helpful. Communications with him was super easy.

The house was great highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a break away near the beach and a short walk to the town. Excellent host and roomy rooms. Many thanks

Great place to stay in Anzio!

Very clean and very comfortable apartment. Just a few minutes from the supermarkets and the sea (inside the Colleromito Consortium, in the evening you can stroll inside the Consortium of which the house is part). The owner Roberto was very helpful and kind from the first phone contact for all kinds of our requests. 4 state-of-the-art air conditioners are available to keep the whole house cool. The kitchen is equipped, complete with 2 fridge + 1 very spacious freezer, hob, dishwasher, oven+oven. The TV is present in the living room, guests' arrangement is also available to connect the TV+ your devices. 2 bathrooms with showers. The interior of the house is well cared for, easy to clean. The real plus is the garden with lots of greenery that is always good for the view and heart, with a patio where you can eat or experience recreational moments. Parking inside the Consortium. Wow doesn’t do it justice ! Everything that we had hoped for and more. We picked here as we had been to Rome multiple times and wanted a different experience, value for money and a location so we could get into Rome easily. We hardly left. The location is fantastic with everything you need at walking distance. Mauro and vladimira are truly the definition of “super hosts “ and their home is a peaceful relaxing oasis. The beach is a 20 minute walk , the train into Rome a 9 minute walk. The apartment is bright and quiet and although small a perfect space for a couple. Thank you so much for creating this great space that we cannot wait to come back to !

I had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this property. The home is very clean, spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The hosts, Gianni and Carolina, are exquisite people who make guests feel welcome. The house has a large covered veranda and a garden equipped with a barbecue, in a quiet and peaceful setting. Everything was in excellent condition and the house was comfortable. A commendation goes to Mr. Gianni who, during this period of such cold days, his attention to detail made a difference. He called me in the morning to inquire about my arrival time and, upon my arrival, I found the radiators on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This pampering did not go unnoticed and made my stay even more comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay. The home and yard is so beautiful, we could spend days looking at the scenery. Thank you for the welcome cookies and cake. They were delicious. Grazie!

great location, with two large bedrooms. We appreciated the opportunity to be alone without a neighborhood on the staircase that leads to the house. The terrace was very nice, but we didn't use it.

We were two families with small children who rented and had a great experience. Doriana and co-hosts were very helpful. It was hard to find the place through the address but we got an exact pin to the listing that we could put into the GPS. It would be good if there were instructions for how the garbage sorting works in the house so everyone doesn't have to ask. We expected there to be more consumables such as salt, dish soap, toilet paper which it didn't but the host arranged for us when we asked. There were a lot of flies everywhere along the coast where we stayed, which meant that we didn't take advantage of the patio as much as we thought we would. According to information, it was due to the wetter weather that has been during the fall (we were there in October) and nothing like others staying during the summer had experienced. All in all we had a very good stay!

The house and garden are a dream. Everything is very well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. Located directly on the sea with a beautiful and clean beach. The kids also used the hammock and loungers by the house. Cozy dining on the veranda and the barbecue area were further highlights. We highly recommend this house!

Easy and helpful to communicate with.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Really pleasant stay in Maria's apartment, on two levels, very clean, tidy and very welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need (dishes, pans, TV, napkins), and the pellet stove heats perfectly. The apartment is in a quiet countryside area, perfect for relaxing, and private parking is very convenient. Maria was very kind and also told us about her Alpaca, from which she obtains beautiful artisanal products

I stayed in Giorgia's apartment with my family at Christmas time. The apartment was clean and organized in every detail. There are cleaning products, personal hygiene, and basic products in the kitchen. There is a beautiful terrace equipped with everything to stay outdoors and from which you can partially see the sea. A small manicured garden where you can leave the car parked completes the apartment. The staircase to access the apartment is also comfortable and illuminated by lights that are activated during the passage. I highly recommend it.
