The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

Super centrally-located apartment at the top of a palazzo in the heart of Kalsa, the trendiest neighbourhood in Palermo historic centre. If you manage to make it up the 4th floor of steep stairs (no lift), it will be worth it! The flat has been completely renovated by me, Roman architect who after 10 years of practice in London has decided to move to Palermo and open a studio here.
