WELCOME Built in 2019 under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit our less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is styled around a rustic theme and is located around 5 miles (8km) from the A1 and 3 miles (5km) from the M62 motorways, with good road/rail links from 3 local stations and a bus terminus. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

Wren's Nest is a lovingly converted 18th -century barn with a charming private garden and free on-site parking, including secure bike storage. The village has two pubs both serving tasty home cooked food and real ales.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. The local country pub has a fun and friendly atmosphere and serves superb evening meals only a stones throw away.
