Ty Venda, perfect for exploring the coastal path

Ty Venda is a two-bedroom annexe with an open-plan lounge, diner, and fitted kitchen. On the first floor are two bedrooms; one has a standard double bed and the other a smaller 4ft double suitable for one adult or two children. The bathroom has a gas-heated shower and WC. There is an additional WC on the ground floor. Patio doors lead out onto the garden, which is fully enclosed, making it secure for any fur babies that visit. It is equipped with a picnic table and benches for alfresco dining.

Courtyard Flat occupies the 1st floor of north wing of Cleddau Lodge, a Georgian hunting lodge set in 3 acres of wooded grounds. It is situated at the end of a private driveway and has parking, use of the courtyard area and a private ground floor entrance and hallway. The accommodation on the first floor comprises fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge, one large master bedroom and 2 other well proportioned bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes, newly fitted bathroom, hall and landing.

Take it easy at this unique and cosy getaway. You’ll be rural but not isolated. The annex is joined to our home and is a 15 minute drive from Haverfordwest . You’ll have a perfect base from which to explore beautiful Pembrokeshire. Plenty of free parking on site for two cars. Plenty of information at the property to help you plan ‘things to do & see’ during your stay. We live in the adjoining part of the property with our 5 dogs. We also have yard cats and chickens. 🐔 🐈 🐕

It’s ideally positioned in the centre of Pembrokeshire which makes it a useful base for exploring this amazing county. Access to the 186 miles of beautiful coastline is a short drive (or cycle if that’s your thing!) away. We are also located near to Fishguard and could be the ideal stopover before boarding the ferry to Ireland.
