This cottage has 2 bedrooms w/2 full size beds, a screened front porch with table/chairs. There is a full bathroom and kitchen with microwave, fridge, stove, table and chairs. There is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer. There is an outdoor firepit, and we provide the firewood. The 100 ft. lake frontage is a short walk through a forever park which is right next door to the cottage. The cottage is close to wine trails, fine dining, boating, fishing, hiking and CMAC Performing Arts Center.

The open kitchen features grey cabinetry and a central island with a light countertop. Stainless steel appliances are arranged along the wall, complemented by wooden shelving. A dining area with black metal chairs sits nearby, adorned with simple table settings and greenery.

Resistance training equipment easily accessible. 10 Minutes to Canandaigua Lake, CMAC, restaraunts, bars, breweries, theater, bowling alley and Roseland Water Park. No gatherings of more than 2 people. Absolutely NO smoking on property.
