Cascina Marenco is a charmingly restored traditional farmhouse, with annexed 4 apartments, surrounded by tranquil grounds with a pool (open May 10th-October 15th) and a lovely garden. We’ve made every effort to preserve the unique character of this typical Piedmontese stone house: the perfect place for your stay in the Langhe.

La Belvedere Suite è un ampio appartamento con salotto, cucina attrezzata, camera con materasso extra comfort 160x200 e bagno con doccia walk-in e bidet. Si trova al piano 1 e offre viste spettacolari su vigne e vallate. All’esterno ti aspettano la piscina con acqua salata e angoli immersi nel verde, perfetti per colazioni lente o aperitivi al tramonto. Bricco Aivè è un piccolo rifugio tra i vigneti, ideale per staccare e ritrovare la calma.

Situata in posizione dominante (550 mt. sul livello del mare) si raggiunge tramite una strada non asfaltata appena rinnovata. In questo luogo magico non esiste nessun tipo di inquinamento acustico o luminoso, gode di una vista meravigliosa sulla valle Bormida. La piscina, leggermente più in alto rispetto la casa, in posizione super panoramica è davvero un luogo di grande relax

On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the small private garden.
