Surrounded by a green forest and tranquility, it is ideal for families and small groups, offering an entire floor with a balcony to enjoy the panoramic view of Turin and the Alps. The spacious apartment, designed in a typical Italian style, is equipped with a wooden and stone kitchen, a large living room with fireplace, and two bedrooms. Conveniently located near the highway and perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Piccola Casa (CIR00503700001) is a small antique village house in the old core of Cessole. The cottage was completely restored in 2018 and turned into a small design gem. The house impresses with a unique atmosphere and combines well-being with design and modern technology. Underfloor heating and a fireplace ensure comfort. It is also a real alternative as a workplace! The house is worth a trip in all seasons. The sea and the mountains are around the corner.

Moscato House, Vineyard & Private Pool

Casa Moscato is a beautiful, finely renovated house located in the Langhe, near Neive and a few minutes' drive from Alba, surrounded by vineyards, ideal for families and friends to discover our magical territory. Inside, it has a dining area with an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a double bed, all with an internal bathroom. Outside, our guests can relax in the private garden and will have a swimming pool (10x4 meters) at their disposal.
