Full AC and heating.

It's very bright, cozy and silent, and it's located in the heart of CANNAREGIO area. Very close to the railway station (only 5 minutes) and the vaporetto boarding (2 minutes). The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.
