In a green setting, small independent house on 2200 m2 of garden, set back from the road, on the edge of a forest, on the same ground as the guests. We welcome you to our beautiful flower paradise, our haven of peace awaits you. 2 room accommodation, one sink and 2 very comfortable beds that are brought together for couples , the other living room and kitchenette with 2 beds including a pull-out bed that makes a very comfortable sofa. A separate shower, a separate toilet.

The Ô Lunain gîte, a 40 m2 house located in Nonville, a village in the Lunain Valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live on site in another house, we will be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

Studio of about 40 m2 located in an old farmhouse and quiet in the municipality of Champigny (in the center of the Sens Provins and Fontainebleau triangle) This one is ideal for 4 people who want to visit the Yonne or are just passing through. it has a sleeping area with a double bed but also a real sofa bed! its equipped kitchen will allow you to cook there independently. All that's left is to enjoy the vineyards, the cathedrals but also the banks of the Yonne.

Charming independent studio with fireplace, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard. Located between the hiking trails of the Fontainebleau Forest and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us (included in the price). For your information, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) to offer more comfort to visitors. Bike rental (including electric) possible at our neighbor's (instructions on the last photo of the listing).

As a foster family for abandoned animals, our 4-legged friends are always welcome. However, we prefer that they are not left alone in an unknown environment to avoid any damage. We have invested a lot of time and money to offer you a cosy little nest.
