Lovely, beautiful accommodation , clean and cozy. Everything you need and even more 👍 The views from the windows are incredible . Beautiful and tastefully furnished accommodation . The Jacuzzi was a great way to start the day and end it after walking. The hosts responded to messages very quickly , provided a lot of useful information , were responsive and interested in solving problems. Above all praise ❤️ I didn't want to leave) I want to come back when the gardens are in bloom)

We traveled with a family group of nine people and had plenty of space for everyone. And the location was peaceful, as it is about a twenty-five minute walk from the heavily visited tourist spots. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It met our needs well as we visited Venice for a few days, and the owner and manager were very helpful.

The location is great – quiet and charming and close to everything you need. Also very close to Piazzale Roma and therefore easily accessible. The apartment is new, very clean and lovingly furnished, we felt immediately comfortable. We were there with our 5 year old son, the stairs were no problem for us – but with smaller children this could be difficult. Sara was easily accessible at all times and very helpful. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

Very nice and functional house, not in the town center but in a strategic location to visit, in more or less an hour, different places. impeccable cleanliness and very nice host. Recommended solution!

Francesco and his family are really great, genuine and very pleasant people, they were very helpful, they made us feel at home. We were 5 men visiting to see the Castelmonte Covid hill climb race, the convenient location to reach the track and once we got home after the race we felt in paradise, beautiful garden, well-kept and above all the roof with a large table great for outdoor dining. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.

Mathilde has been a fantastic host, taking care of all the details at all times. The rustic appartment is lovely and the garden is perfect for relaxing or playing table tennis with the family. Ideal for visiting different places in South Tyrol and for excursions - we will be back for sure! We recommend it 100%!

Dear Nicola & Francesco - We have had a wonderful 5 night stay in your home - it is beautifully presented , a location dream - just far enough away from the hustle & bustle of Venice , with local supermarkets x 2 , restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes and 20 mins from St Marks square walking slowly . We’ve used the water buses , walked a lot , seen so much of your beautiful Venice . When we return it will be to your beautiful apartment . Great communication, flexible at check-in, available for any questions and needs, apartment well heated, clean and quite equipped. To be considered for those who rent that are not provided: oil/coffee, body soap/shower shampoo, and servicers. There are paper scraps but they are limited. Outside the house, there is a small shop where you can buy what you need.

Spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need, everything clean, self check-in was super easy, great communication with the hosts - they responded quickly to everything we needed, area is quiet but not too central - around 20 minutes by foot to the most popular tourist spots, but with some affordable restaurants and bars nearby. All in all a good choice!

Cristina was very nice and helpful for our one night in Bassano. The apartment is located in the center of Bassano so super easy for walking.

The apartment was very nice and 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Everything was exactly as described, no surprises awaited us. Communication with Christina was always perfect. We also particularly liked the lockable garage parking space. We highly recommend the apartment!

We had a great stay at Hugo's. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped, is conducive to relaxation in front of the magnificent view that the terrace offers. Individual parking is also appreciated. Special mention to Hugo who is a very welcoming and helpful host while remaining discreet. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a great time at Adam's place! It was lovely with everything we needed and Adam was an amazingly helpful host with lots of suggestions and advice for us. One note is that the home does not have Wifi but sounds like that might happen in the future. The flat was right in the middle of town and we could see the lake, the mountains on both sides, etc - it was beautiful. We'd love to go back!

Perfect spacious sanctuary right in the heart of Venice! Great central location and has all the facilities needed for a very comfortable stay. Our host Novella was kind and communicative. If you’re taller or have a bigger build, then you may have trouble in the shower but otherwise highly recommend and we will be back!

The place was great! Had everything we needed and was very clean and mostly comfortable. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the supermarket, shops and bakery. Gabriele is a great host, provided us with useful information on what to see and how to get around. The apartment is very close to Venice by city bus/metro and if you are looking to see any other place such as Lago di Garda or Verona, it's a great starting point. Gabriele's place is highly recommended.
