This spacious, tastefully renovated barn will enchant you with its location in the middle of nature, in an unspoiled setting. The 28m² terrace offers a unique panorama of the forest, you are lulled by the sound of the stream at the bottom. No TV but books. Every detail has been meticulously thought out, everything has been heathered. This accommodation of 112 m², fully equipped, with 2 double bedrooms, a large living room with insert, a beautiful garden, is a place where the weather is suspended. Not overlooked.

Maison magnifique dans le Nord Aveyron au bord du lac de Sarrans. Idéale entre amis ou en famille en quète de tranquilité. Elle est entièrement rénovée. Vous serez au sein d un paysage pittoresque et préservé. Les adeptes de sports se feront plaisir grâce aux divers chemins. Vous pouvez pêcher en bateau grâce à l’embarcadère à 2 km 500. C est une maison seule au bord d un chemin carrossable de 2 km500 où vous pourrez déjeuner face à la presqu île de Laussac

Ideal for relaxing, hiking and biking, cross-country skiing on the Aubrac plateau, you will enjoy the house for the large wooden terrace, the view of the village, south face. You'll love the warm athmospher of the large living room, the big cozy bed and the tranquility. For winter, the house is insulated and heated. Private car charging outlet & remote work space, wifi. Supermarket, bread depot, pharmacy, doctor and nurses in the village about 1 km away.

Ideally located, 10 km from the A75 highway, this old house has all the comforts and modern amenities to give you time to enjoy the landscapes and activities offered by Nord Lozère, land of the Beast of Gevaudan.
