Monthly Rentals in Capão da Canoa

The house is beautiful, cozy and has many amenities, super complete condominium. Our stay was during the week, so there was not so much movement in the common areas, we were very free to enjoy each space. We feel at home from check-in to check-out, the smelling towels and bedding are a differential, the care of hosts is remarkable in every detail. Suzani at all times was very friendly, solicitous, clarified doubts and answered us quickly when we need it, excellent communication. We love it and we will definitely return to another chance!

The apartment is very well located in relation to the center and the beach, is clean, well organized and does not charge for pets. The television is smart, the sofa bed is quite comfortable and the kitchen is quite complete with respect to appliances and utensils. The parking space in the garage is small, but with patience and style we can fit a sedan car, and since it is possible to do everything on foot, we don't even need to use the car during the stay. Communication with André and the caretaker of the building, Jô, was super quiet. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience.
