The land contains 5,000 square meters with a cozy wooden house which has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. The barbecue area has a large space with two bathrooms in addition to the 8x4 swimming pool and a 2x2 beach. The depth of the pool is 1.40 m to 1.80 m and the depth of the beach is 30 cm. There are still two covered parking spaces in the garage and space on the lawn for more cars. Pets are super welcome to enjoy and have fun in this large green space. They are just not allowed in the pool. ALL OUTLETS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE HOUSE ARE 220V!
