The Country House is located in a gated gated community in São Roque, just 50 minutes from São Paulo and 1 km from the Catarina Outlet. The private area has a barbecue, swimming pool, court, football pitch, oven and wood-burning fireplace, bar, Wi-Fi, TV, brewery and much more. The house has 4 bedrooms (15 people in beds), 2 indoor bathrooms and 2 outdoor bathrooms. The land contains 5,000 square meters with a cozy wooden house which has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. The barbecue area has a large space with two bathrooms in addition to the 8x4 swimming pool and a 2x2 beach. The depth of the pool is 1.40 m to 1.80 m and the depth of the beach is 30 cm. There are still two covered parking spaces in the garage and space on the lawn for more cars. Pets are super welcome to enjoy and have fun in this large green space. They are just not allowed in the pool. ALL OUTLETS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE HOUSE ARE 220V!
