The perfect place to enjoy a pleasant holiday in a strategic location close to the sea and the mountains. Elegant terraced villa in Tuscan style, located in the center of Camaiore, equipped with every comfort and a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches of Versilia and the beautiful Apuan Alps. The Villa has a Garden for exclusive use, for outdoor lunches and dinners. The furnishings are completed by WiFi and TV and a hydromassage and chromotherapy tub for internal use.

Hill Palace Villa è una villa vista mare con grande piscina immersa nel verde al top della zona residenziale collinare, la più bella della provincia di Lucca. E' un edificio solido e funzionale situato in un posto unico e stupendo che assicura un bellissimo panorama su tutti i lati della casa. La villa ha una piscina nuovissima e è pronta ad accogliere famiglie che vogliono trascorrere vacanze di relax in semplicità, godendosi un luogo meraviglioso, con vista mozzafiato.

VILLA GIOMA - Completely renovated country house

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

Borgometato - Fico

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. Il FICO is part of this place.

We rent two apartments, one on the upper floor called Balla and one on the ground floor called Modigliani. Tell us which one you prefer. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED A CAR DURING YOUR STAY.
