The house was great, it had everything you need. Clean. Comfortable mattresses with heating in every room, hot water. The location is pretty good, you have to walk a few blocks to Arístides. Very close to the park. I'd come back!

The house is great and welcoming, spacious, with good furniture, full kitchen, air conditioned in all rooms and functioning well. The instructions were well passed, it went well, and it answered my group super well. As an opportunity for improvement is the suggestion to enlarge the size of the glass box of the large floor bathroom underneath, because when you bathe the floor it gets wet, getting wet and dirty. But I spoke to the owner and he provided more carpets. But of course, nothing to discredit the excellent house. Would stay again!

Very comfortable accommodation for large groups, spacious and nice. The great location, we drive walking without a problem throughout your stay. The block is quiet. Guests were attentive to our needs and communication with them was smooth. Recommended.

Great stay at Lucas’s place. Lucas and his sister Lucia were great hosts, helping with many local recommendations and tips. The house itself was extremely conveniently located and walkable to all the best parts of Mendoza city. All maintenance points from previous guests have been attended to, and the home was super comfortable. We had a fantastic stay for our month in Mendoza. The house is very secure and the area was super peaceful with a park across the road. I highly recommend the property and also the hosts.

A very nice house, large and very comfortable. The location is very good. You re are close to downtown, close to the airport and the omnibus terminal. Pablo is always at your disposal to respond super quickly and clearly. Super equipped, 3 aires and washing machine to highlight. The house blew us away with the size and design. We loved having a little courtyard to drink coffee. The location is walkable to many restaurants and to Parque General San Martin. Also I can't say enough good things about Marcelo as a host. He was extremely responsive and went above and beyond by booking us winery tours and giving restaurant recommendations

With my friends, we had a fantastic stay at Martín's house! The space was clean, cosy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The parilla and patio also were nice touches and it made it feel extra welcoming. Highly recommend it for a hassle-free, relaxing stay in Mendoza!

We were nine friends spending the long Holy Weekend. Very comfortable house, spacious, well equipped, close to bars, restaurants and cafes. Santiago's attention was excellent! Super recommendable.

The apartment is comfortable, all the quality elements and is super equipped. We had complimentary coffee and tea, plus they welcomed us very kindly and always predisposed to help us and make our stay better. As for the location, although it is about 15 minutes walking from anywhere more centrally located, it is super accessible, quiet and the neighborhood is very nice. I have nothing negative to post, from the equipment of the apartment, the location and the hosts, a pleasure.

The location and space is exactly like the pictures and description. The apartment is bright and airy and the patio is amazing in the evening. Boris was always very responsive to questions and was fun to get to know. He and his family live downstairs and are available for any questions or ideas. I would highly recommend and we look forward to a return visit someday.

Gorgeous little apartment with plenty of space. The outdoor terrace was the highlight, perfect for mornings and evenings enjoying food, coffee and wine! The kitchen was great and a good sized dining room table was ideal. The location was a 20 minute walk from the Main Street with bars and restaurants. There is a big carrefour less than 5 min walk as well. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It's a 20 min walk to the area with all the bars and restaurants. I also walked this at night, as it's a safe area. The apartment is beautiful decorated like on the pictures. The communication with the host was great! There was a little issue, which they solved immediately. They respond really quick and take their guest very seriously. I had a wonderful stay, thank you so much Florencia & Jonathan!

we had to travel the whole family suddenly. They fully understood the situation and were very flexible with check-in times. The house is very nice and large for a large family or group. Everything worked well and there was no problem. It's a great location in the heart of downtown Mendoza. Everything was great. Exceeded expectations
