The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

The house is located in beautiful, quiet natural surroundings down to Esrum River. From the house, there is a view of the garden, river and fields. Next to the house is the main house where there may sometimes be someone. The house is beautiful with a lovely kitchen and bathroom and everything a house should have. 10 min walk from a beautiful sandy beach. There is free access to kayaks, SUP, campfire, bicycles and fishing rods. New WILDERNESS BATH and ICE BATH are available for a fee.

The Black Cottage + Orangery

Available from April 1. - October 31. The Black Cottage and orangery are parts of the historical place called Skippergaarden (Skipper´s Residence) Fabersvej 2c, in the old Gilleleje. Skipper´s Residence is built in 1797 with last remodeling done in 2003/4. The Black Cottage from 1892, when summer residents became popular. Last remodeling 2019/21. The orangery is from 2009. We have wi-fi and parking available.
