Beautiful holiday home with views of the Baltic Sea

Inviting and beautiful holiday home, high up in Gudhjem Holiday Park on the sunny island of Bornholm overlooking the beautiful Baltic Sea. A very well-maintained and inviting bright home on 2 floors, there are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. Nice living room with new and well-maintained kitchen with access to 2 terraces, so you can have sun or shade all day. The holiday park offers a large free pool area, sauna, playground, football field, etc. A short walk along the beautiful cliffs and you are in Gudhjem town with all its shops and restaurants.

Vacation home near sandy beach

This holiday home is located in a holiday village with 52 houses, divided into 5 clusters. There is a shared swimming pool (remember towels for outdoor use), playground, common house, laundry room, parking space, and waste container. All grass areas are shared. Do NOT park at the house. The house is for 4 people, but by arrangement a fifth person can be allowed. I am not a big fan of pets, but by agreement it can be arranged. It is about 300 meters to the beach. The town is located in a forest, with plenty of nature.

Best location at Køge Bay

This unique home has panoramic views of Køge Bay with views of Copenhagen. There is a large private beach and a nice bathing bridge. Private heated pool, which is covered, but which can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented in the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room, two bedrooms, a hallway and a large bathroom. In addition, there is a terrace both up and down, and free parking can be done both up and down in relation to the property.

Der går bus lige ved huset til og fra Rønne mv. Opladning af elektrisk bil er desværre ikke muligt. El-forbrug inkluderet (max. 20 kWh pr. døgn).

The Coast House - water and beach riiight outside

Wonderful vacation house situated a stone's throw from the water and the beach. Literally speaking! Here you can wake up to the gentle sound of the waves, almost calling your name, if you feel for a morning swim. On warm days, you can enjoy meals on the terrace most suitable to enjoy both the morning sun and also a beautiful view to the sunset. The high roof inside creates a good and spacious feeling making it easy for family and friends to enjoy life together during all times of the year.

Poolen er ikke opvarmet om vinteren, men lejligheden udlejes til reduceret pris fra 01. Oktober til 30. April. Pool kan anvendes kold ved tilkøb af sauna. 150,-/dag Spaen er opvarmet hele året og brug er inkluderet i prisen. Fra 1.maj til 30. september er poolen opvarmet og kan benyttes af gæster

Harbour View, 168m2 luxurious city appartment

Luxurious 168m2 family friendly apartment with beautiful Copenhagen view. 2 bath rooms and 2 balconies. Unique central placement: 15 min walk to the city town hall & to Tivoli. The harbour bus has a stop 5 min from the apartment, the metro station (Islands Brygge) is 10 min. walk away. You can swim in the harbour just outside the window and there is also a really nice beach also just 5 min walk away. Best possible area when visiting Copenhagen.

Beautiful villa in a quiet neighborhood with both spa and pool. 1 kilometer from Hvidovre harbor and 4 minutes' walk to the S-train. 13 minutes to the main train station. Family-friendly house with the option of a beautiful garden, pool and spa. Good parking facilities, ideal for a car vacation to Copenhagen, We only accept adult groups or families. Pool is ready from May.
