The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. We are surrounded by great nature, within an 8 minute bike ride to iconic Nyhavn, and at reach of great culinary experiences. Walk 5 min and bath in the harbor! Copenhagen is a great city and you'll find rest here after a hard exploration day

The house has a large living room with a gas fireplace, an office and heated floors. The bedroom upstairs are with a king size bed, close to the bathroom. Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

We rent out a comfortable room in our 120m2 large penthouse apartment. From the balcony you have a view over the whole city and a nearby lake and from your room you can enjoy a sea view. The apartment is in a quite area but still very close to the city center: - Nyhavn: 20 min walking, <10 min biking - Reffen: 5-10 min walking - Christiania 10 min walking We lived together with people from Japan, South Africa, Norway, Poland and Austria and are happy to host you, no matter where you are from.
