Holiday rentals in Capo Calava

Check-in was easy by prior arrangement. Salvatore welcomed us personally and explained everything well. He is very friendly and always easy to reach. Although the hosts live next door, privacy is given at all times. The apartment is very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and everything is very clean. We didn't miss anything. The villa itself is fantastically beautiful. On the terrace you are surrounded by numerous Mediterranean potted plants and have a direct view of the sea. Although there are numerous restaurants, cafes and bars in the immediate vicinity, we preferred to sit on "our" terrace and enjoy the evening atmosphere. After day excursions, it is also very pleasant to relax on the "private beach" and take a bath in the sea. Beach chairs, umbrella, air mattress, everything is available. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be happy to come back any time. Many thanks to Salvatore!

Our time at Mario’s house was amazing. The pictures do not do justice to the views from all parts of the home. The property is unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. It is huge and beautiful. The home is very safe and is surrounded by a gate, including the driveway. The surrounding area is quaint and very walkable. There are cafes and small shops. We were a party of 8, with two families of 4. There was plenty of space for us all to stay comfortably. Mario and his family were kind and gracious hosts. We would absolutely recommend staying here and my children have asked how soon we can return :)

This place is heavenly !!!! Hidden away in a lemon orchard with a beautiful pool! Hosts are amazing !!

After giving us very specific directions on how to get to the place, Edoardo and Paola waited for us and introduced us to the room. Immediately very kind and very available for any need, we had a really good time. Environment in impeccable condition, clean and equipped with everything you need and more. A bottle of prosecco and drinks in the fridge that gave us relief during the hot August along with the air conditioning, plus a pack of pasta and what you needed to season it. A place that I highly recommend for those who want to feel at home even on vacation.

First off I will echo the other reviews and state: do not underestimate the drive down the hill to the house, communicate with Tina about it well before booking! That out of the way, this is one of the most spectacular air bnbs I've ever been to. The place has all you need and is very well done in terms of the facilities, water installations etc.; the SETTING & outdoor area, however, is outstanding: very private, lying at a hill in serene quietness. radiant days in absolute peace (barely any car noise even making it down the hill), a sunset that might move you to tears, followed by a night of stars that humbled us deeply. Fascinating nature around to explore in hikes if you're into it! We cherished the time here so much - thank you Tina for your warm and considerate presence, we wish you only the best :)

Had a wonderful time at Francesco's place! He and Giovanna were very welcoming and generous hosts, sharing local recommendations and even some home made wine! The pool was the perfect spot to cool off after a hot day and the house was well placed for excursions to Etna. Thank you both for a delightful stay !

Villa Pomelia is perfectly located in Santa Marina - walkable to the harbour, great restaurants and every amenity. The Villa is a superb space with great outdoor space and looks over the sea towards Lipari. It’s really well maintained and very clean. We had a wonderful few days here. The only ‘disappointment’ was in the bathroom where there was no additional WC paper nor shower accessories. Otherwise perfect 😊
