The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

Each room has air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, there is a swimming pool and large outdoor area for relaxing or having a barbecue.

The Panorama apartment is the most spacious of the three that make up the house. It is located in a green, cool and quiet area but at the same time close to the city, reachable in about 10 minutes by car. All the necessary amenities are provided for the comfort of our guests, including linens, washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning. The area is not served by public transport, so it's very important to have a car or, alternatively, to travel by taxi.
