The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Soggiorno con angolo cottura, camera con letto matrimoniale e bagno. Piccolo spazio esterno ad uso esclusivo e posto auto scoperto. Stufa a legna nei mesi invernali. Immerso nella campagna dove è possibile ammirare varie specie vegetali e animali selvatici. Tavolino esterno. Comodo anche per lavorare un po’.

This is a cosy house, just refurbished with all comforts, at south side of the Island, between Capoliveri and sea in Località Peducelli, sorrounded by a 500 meters garden with an beautiful view on the sea. the beach is about 10 minutes walking down the hill from home. It is just the right place to relax far from the cities and the crowded beaches during summer time. Enjoy the sunset from home ! You can bring your pet (check the House Rules first).

Villa Vista Elba island

Through the garden you reach the villa, with a large living room and terrace overlooking the garden towards the sea. In addition to the living room, a sliding door leads to a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the furnished terrace. Two opposite wings form the sleeping area and therefore privacy for the different parts. The beautiful garden offers amazing sea views.

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
