Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Livorno

We stayed in the house for less than two weeks and were super satisfied. It is very generous, both inside and outside. The amenities offer everything you need. By car you can quickly get everywhere and you can also walk to Procchio. Hope to come again. Berith was always quickly available for questions and was friendly. We can warmly recommend the house.

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

We had a very nice time in the accommodation. The sea view from the terrace is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the evenings on the terrace. Thank you for the nice time in Capoliveri!

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which creates a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and to enjoy nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the host brought us a few toys for our friends' child – this made the stay even more pleasant. We will be happy to come back!

I am very glad that we got such a hostess! She is very polite, very responsive! We met for the first time, but it was as if we had known each other for many years. The house is in a very comfortable and beautiful place!! It is very clean and very cozy!! If I come to Tuscany again, then only to Caterina!)

The stay was short, but the welcome to us and our 4-legged friends made us feel super pampered. The (huge) house is super clean and well-kept, a fantastic and beautiful garden all fenced perfect for letting dogs roam. For our local appointments we will definitely be back!

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

The place was very well looked after. All rooms were clean amd tidy, and we even got some essentials and ameneties such as coffee, biscuits and towels. The pictures matched exactly the apartment, and Vanda was very atentive and kind. Would recomend 100%.

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

We were very pleased with Veronica's place. The place was well equipped for a longer stay. The location is central and well suited for exploring Tuscany (e.g. Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano) and for bathing holidays on various beaches in the area. Communication was impeccable and Veronica was easy to reach and always helpful with a variety of tips on things to do nearby. Small shortcoming, which was also tried to fix by Veronica immediately, is the rather unstable Wi-Fi. However, as this is a vacation home, this was to be avoided.

We found the apartment very clean and as described, and the hosts were very friendly. They gave us tips for excursions upon arrival. Anna Maria and her husband have designed a little paradise here. If you are looking for peace, you will also find it in this beautiful environment. The terrace is not only perfect for sunsets, but also for the view of the starry sky! The space was sufficient for us with two children, as we were usually outside anyway. We can recommend the small shop in neighboring Colle d'Orano. We really enjoyed the week in Patresi!

We stayed at Valerio for 3 days to participate in Lucca Comics. The central location allows you to move around Livorno in total freedom and comfort on foot. Online check-in/check-out allows you to do everything on your own quickly. The apartment is as described, comfortable, tidy and clean, it has everything you need. Highly recommended!

Lovely place in beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. If you enjoy peace and quiet- it is right place for you. Around 30min drive to the beaches and larger towns. Hosts very nice, responsive and helpful. We will definitely return

Our stay was perfect! The central location made it possible to explore the area comfortably. The place was clean, stylishly furnished and well equipped – from wifi to jacuzzi to dishwasher and washing machine, everything was there. The host Chris was particularly impressive: warm, caring and helpful, you always felt welcome, almost like your own family. Chris was always available, quick to respond to requests and even brought us extra linens. When our ferry went out, she helped us on short notice. Her tips on local excursion destinations and restaurants were also golden. The well-kept complex and the beautiful garden showed their attention to detail, and there was plenty of parking for all guests. We felt completely comfortable and highly recommend Chris' place!

Querceto is a little world of its own. An incredibly quaint and relaxing place to stay- we loved our slow days here! Cristina & Ilaria were wonderful hosts… helpful and always responsive and kind. The apartment has glorious views and was as described. As others have mentioned, the restaurant has incredible food. A lovely gem, definitely recommend staying here!

Massimilianos villa is super located in the middle of nature, perfect for people who like peace and quiet ! We loved the fact that there was no television because we don't watch TV. On the other hand there was lots to do, hang out at the natural pool and watch the frogs or take trips in the surrounding beautiful towns, villages and landscapes. The location is very comfortable, close to the sea and Livorno, to Pisa and also not too far from places like the historic town of Lucca or the mountains north of Lucca. You need a good car, though to weather the rough accessway to the villa which lies off road . The villa lacks nothing, was perfectly clean and pleasant with tasteful artistic design and comfortable amenities. The air conditionining added to our well being in the hot August days and nights. Massimiliano is such a nice, friendly person & was very responsive and proactive in making us comfortable, came to clean the pool personally a few times during our stay! MILLE GRAZIE!

A real paradise, we got just no words. It needs to be visited!

Beautiful place and so spacious! The kitchen is well equipped with some spices in the cupboard too. There is a nespresso machine and the host left some pods, lovely to enjoy a espresso while taking in the quiet beautiful surroundings. Big bedrooms, pool and table tennis. We only stayed for two nights, would love to come back. It’s perfect

Monica is a super super host! Cozy, available any time of day for information or needs. Always smiling, that makes a difference. We were 3 families with many children and the house met all our expectations and needs. The garden outside was our plus and also the convenience of having indoor parking spaces. Thank you Monica for your very fresh preservation and for giving us the availability to take advantage of the home until the last minute and more! Monica and Pomonte's house is highly recommended, which is a gem of the island of Elba!

We only spent a weekend with 8 friends, too little, at Barbara's place. Fantastic location, for a large group it is perfect, very private and green, but reachable without too many problems from the main road that leads to the Acquabona Golfclub. Barbara is always available and kind, she also allowed us, given the end of the season, to extend the checkout to make us fully enjoy even the last day until the end. Definitely a place to come back to!

Riccardo and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a quiet and private area with a breathtaking sunset view from the spacious outdoor terrace. It is a short walk to town with plenty of restaurants, shops, pharmacy, supermarket, and small beach. The place was very clean, had air-conditioning, comfortable beds, and everything else we needed for a relaxing visit to Elba. We recommend renting a small car to navigate various areas of this beautiful island!

We had a wonderful visit at Tommaso’s . It is absolutely charming. The scenery is amazing. We had dinner at his family’s restaurant twice and it was delicious!!

about 10 minutes by car from the town of Castagneto Carducci via a quite rough and flooded gravel path. But then: OMG! Perfectly furnished house, huge garden with well-kept meadow, swimming pool is cleaned daily. Very well equipped kitchen. The villa is located in the middle of the beautiful oak forest in a large clearing; the view is at least as beautiful as the photos. The (rather new) house really has a lot of space and is in impeccable condition. The fireplace in the living room and the large barbecue in the garden are at guests' disposal. The three terraces around the house offer sun or shade around the clock - as desired. Caterina responded within a few minutes and was there to help us if needed. Extremely friendly hostess who lives on the same premises (but remains completely discreet). We really enjoyed the week at Caterina's and will be happy to come back!!
