Casita Abanilla staat op ons terrein van 4000m2. De casita grenst aan een boomgaard waar verschillende fruitbomen staan: sinaasappels, grapefruit, mandarijn ,granaatappel. De casita heeft een volledige ingerichte keuken. De ramen zijn van horren en luiken voorzien. De casita ligt ongeveer 80 meter van het hoofdhuis af zodat er voldoende privacy is. Rust en ruimte staat voorop. Vanaf de casita kijkt men uit over de bergen rond Abanilla. En kun je volop genieten van het uitzicht.

Возможен трансфер из аэропорта Аликанте (платно). WI-FI, кондиционер, большая и удобная кровать, телевизор 55 ". В ванной комнате пол с подогревом. Большой балкон. При позднем заезде рядом магазин 24 часа. Рядом остановка огромный выбор ресторанов, прокат самокатов. До центра 10 минут пешком.

Agradable casa con patio interior.

Amplia casa en bajo con buena luz natural en una de las zonas más tranquilas de Molina de Segura y muy cerca de Murcia y el campo de golf de Altorreal. La vivienda esta muy bien comunicada: cerca de todo tipo de comercios (supermercados, farmacia, carnicería etc..) amplia zona verde a 1 minuto andando. Fácil aparcamiento en la misma puerta. La televisión Smart tv está colocada de manera estratégica para que se pueda ver desde el patio también, simplemente girándola.
