Avoid lines on the ferry! You can leave your car in a parking lot in São Sebastião and cross by boat (the boat is not included in the house rental nor the parking lot). In 15 minutes you will be at a private pier in Ponta das Canas, north of the island. By land, it is 30 minutes from the ferry. Covered garage for two cars. Exclusivity, privacy and tranquility. 4 suites with ocean views, air conditioning and fan, living rooms and balcony, water sports structure. Boat not included in the rental.

Architects' Beach House with Privileged View

Designed by Carlos Lemos, our house is one-story, spacious, and super bright. Situated on a plot of land with a privileged view of the sea and the mountains. It is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with few neighbors, about 500 meters from the beach. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, and has fast internet (100Mb) with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. The house is located on Pontal da Cruz Beach (see through the Waze App, as Google Maps recognizes it as Praia do Partido, but the address is correct). Spacious, single-story house with 1,700 m² of land facing the sea. Boat trips with quick access to Ilhabela and beaches near São Sebastião (to be arranged).
