A restored house with all the comforts you need for a wonderful retreat and/or get-together with family and friends. This house is located in an old abandoned village near the river with a beautiful little beach. If you enjoy being in contact with nature, this is the ideal place; you can find otters, many varieties of birds, etc. The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioning. The pool is shared with another house. Meals are available upon request.

The kitchen area is equipped with wooden cabinets and modern appliances, including a refrigerator and oven. A spacious countertop provides room for meal preparation, while a cozy sofa with decorative cushions offers a comfortable seating area nearby. Three wooden stools are positioned at the countertop.
