The Casita is a self catering, rustic Cottage / Tiny house for 1-2 Adults, not suitable for children, nor infants. Situated in the Paraje Natural Karst de Yeso, (Nature Reserve), of Los Molinos del Rio Aguas, Sorbas. La Casita contains the basic solar power requirements on a low energy consumption. Only digital devices are welcome. Private parking, kitchenette , wifi, hand made soap, log burner, smoking area/patio. I have implemented the cleaning recomodations by Airbnb, dew to corvit virus.

TOWNHOUSE AREA, WITHOUT CROWDS OF PEOPLE, EVEN IN AUGUST. A COZY HOUSE THAT HAS BEEN RECENTLY RENOVATED. YOU DON'T NEED A CAR TO GET AROUND. COMMUNITY POOL, NEXT TO THE TERRACE. THE SEA IN FRONT AND THE MOUNTAIN BEHIND, THE RIGHT CIRCUMSTANCES ARE GIVEN TO SPEND A LUXURY VACATION AND TAKE SOME GREAT WALKS, BUT NOT BEFORE TAKING A SWIM, THE BEACH IS 20 METERS FROM THE HOUSE. RESTAURANTS, SUPERMARKET, PARK FOR CHILDREN, SEAFRONT PROMENADE, PHARMACY, ETC. EVERYTHING NEXT TO THE HOUSE.

Beautiful penthouse with very good views.Two bedrooms with double bed, air conditioning in living room, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, glass, electric oven, microwave and all kinds of utensils. Wifi. Two terraces of about 13m2 each, parking space and 5 minutes from the beach. To access the apartment there is a small flight of stairs on the top floor Mascostas are accepted (see house rules and cleaning fee)

The perfect place to relax and enjoy. The apartment is located on top of a hill and a 5-10 min walk from te beach and the boulevard with all restaurants and bars. The air bnb has a huge terrace (70m2) with a roofed dining area, lounge and a barbecue. The views are spectacular. You will live between the mountains with a fantastisch pool- and seaview. Inside we have all equipment and service you need. Mojácar and it's surroundings has a lot to offer.

The penthouse has a large terrace at an angle, so it always has a sunny and shaded area, especially to enjoy dinner on the terrace. It has a grill for barbecues. It is only 60 meters from the beach and from there you can access a large number of routes through natural landscapes. It is an ideal apartment at any time of the year, since everything is outside and Carboneras has such a good climate, both in winter and summer you can enjoy the terrace.
