La villa nuova è abbracciata da una grande piscina dotata di comoda panca sott'acqua per 4 persone con idromassaggio. Gli spazi all'esterno con prato inglese e piante ornamentali, sono dotati di ogni comfort per trascorrere all'aperto le giornate con lettini, amache, barbecue, doccie esterne e grandi gazebi dove poter pranzare e cenare in completo relax.

A pochi centinaia di metri potrete trovare un centro commerciale, pizzeria bar, tabacchi, campo da tennis, da e al Forte Arena presso il Forte Village nei mesi estivi si esibiscono famosi cantanti e note opere teatrali. Private pool Villa close to the beach

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Lovely Seafront Villa

Waking up in front of the sea and being equidistant from Cagliari to Villasimius is the best way to start your day. The village of Marina delle Nereidi is surrounded by greenery and overlooks a small rocky beach with pristine waters. You can relax in its pine forest equipped with shaded benches and games for children or end your day at the beach at the soccer field where you can organize a game of soccer with friends. In Carbonia, a town in southwestern Sardinia, centrally located and convenient for reaching all the wonders of the area, is my little house. From 10 to 30 minutes by car you can visit wonderful beaches and more, because this area is rich in dream seaside but also in food and wine culture, folkloristic traditions, history, archeology and sports. The house, brand new and bright, is in the center in the immediate vicinity of every useful service.

Independent flat, with pool and terrace

Entire apartment with independent access, equipped with swimming pool, private parking and garden in a very quiet and peaceful area, 5 minutes by car from the center, and 10 minutes by car from the main beaches. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Composed of two bedrooms with queen-size bed, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room area with a double sofa bed. It has a terrace and a barbecue. 2 euros per person per day as tourist tax.

The house of about 70 square meters is perfect for couples, families with children or friends, and can accommodate up to 4 people (5 on request with the use of the sofa bed). The apartment is just a 15-minute drive from the nearest beach and 30 minutes from the other beautiful beaches in the area.

Remy in an old building called Palazzo Valdes, totally renovated in 2020-2021 and very confortable with air conditioning in every room, plus heating. It is composed of 2 large bedrooms with double beds and one single bedroom with french bed plus 2 bathrooms, sitting room and kitchen. Parking is included in the price!
