Apartment located in the historic center of the village of Sant'Antioco, a few steps from the small port and all the main services, a few km from the most beautiful beaches of the island and the port of Calasetta. The apartment is on the ground floor of a quiet, peaceful and very charming residential complex. The apartment is just a 15-minute drive from the nearest beach and 30 minutes from the other beautiful beaches in the area.

The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.

La casa è stata appena ristrutturata ed è molto accogliente, pur essendo in una via molto silenziosa è a pochi passi dal centro e dal lungomare, vicina a tutti i servizi, non avrete bisogno di usare l'auto se non per raggiungere le spiagge. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a 6 km di distanza.
