Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito.

Casa Vacanza Flores 2 km from the dunes of Porto Pino

Rustic house, 90 square meters, in the south of Sardinia. The area is very quiet, it is quiet, it offers a vacation of peace and relaxation, at 2.5 km there are the beautiful white sand dunes of Porto Pino. The house consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, kitchenette, living room with fireplace, furnished veranda, large garden with sun loungers and barbecue, outdoor shower and parking. I know the area like the back of my hand and will be happy to help you discover it like a local.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

In Carbonia, a town in southwestern Sardinia, centrally located and convenient for reaching all the wonders of the area, is my little house. From 10 to 30 minutes by car you can visit wonderful beaches and more, because this area is rich in dream seaside but also in food and wine culture, folkloristic traditions, history, archeology and sports. The house, brand new and bright, is in the center in the immediate vicinity of every useful service.

We rent an apartment of 85sqm in the beautiful and quiet village of Nebida (CI). The house has a super equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a small dining room, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, a balcony with table for dining or dining outdoors with a breathtaking sea view + barbecue at your fingertips. The dining room and a bedroom are air-conditioned. Masua Beach and Portu Cauli are approx. 5min away.

Vacation Home near the beaches

Welcome to "Casa di Zio". Cozy apartment with outdoor space, located in the heart of Carbonia, recently renovated to offer you maximum comfort. The house of about 70 square meters is perfect for couples, families with children or friends, and can accommodate up to 4 people (5 on request with the use of the sofa bed). The apartment is just a 15-minute drive from the nearest beach and 30 minutes from the other beautiful beaches in the area.

The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.

Sea within walking distance of 120 mt. Despite this, it is absolutely essential to have a rental car to reach the market and the activities inside the village.
