In just 4–5 minutes by bike, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, supermarkets, the Chia Laguna Hotel, and a variety of excellent restaurants. I know the area like the back of my hand and will be happy to help you discover it like a local.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

From 10 to 30 minutes by car you can visit wonderful beaches and more, because this area is rich in dream seaside but also in food and wine culture, folkloristic traditions, history, archeology and sports. The house, brand new and bright, is in the center in the immediate vicinity of every useful service.

The dining room and a bedroom are air-conditioned. Masua Beach and Portu Cauli are approx. 5min away.
