Come and enjoy the calm of the countryside in this old barn renovated into a residential house on 2 ha of land located 1 km from Cardaillac, a village classified as the most beautiful village in France. Located near major tourist attractions of the Lot: Figeac birthplace of JF Champollion, Rocamadour, St Cirq Lapopie, the Padirac chasm, the Dordogne valley, the Célé valley and its troglodyte houses etc... Tolerme lake 20 minutes away. Beach swimming restaurant hiking trail.

In the heart of the Lot, a region steeped in history, come and enjoy a good time in the countryside, close to fields!! The cottage, completely new, welcomes you with its outdoor swimming pool. 2 bedrooms to accommodate the whole family in peace and with the comfort of beautiful bedding. We are waiting for you! A renovated 17th century barn, this 100 m² cottage is located in a hamlet with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, close to the remarkable city of Art and History of Figeac. Less than an hour's drive away, you can visit must-see sites such as Rocamadour or the Gouffre de Padirac. Garden products offered depending on the season. An outdoor swimming pool, shared with another gîte, unheated, 8 m x 4 m is available from May to the end of September.

Completely restored with contemporary materials, composed of a floor with two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, an open equipped kitchen and a large living room. On the ground floor, an independent 35 m2 studio with a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet. There is also a 300 m2 garden, a summer lounge, as well as an 8 m long heated slate pool, out of sight.
