With a large furnished terrace of 130 m² and a gas barbecue, you can make beautiful meals. The pool is heated year-round. This house has been entirely designed to offer a dream vacation turned towards laziness, sharing and the sweetness of life. The kitchen and dining room have been designed to spend time in, they are spacious, very well equipped; a large table inviting late breakfasts and dinners. The kitchen serves the outdoor space in which you are very likely to spend the most time: large convivial table, relaxation area and especially a view of a field of olive trees. You will particularly appreciate the sunsets... You will find 3 bedrooms with private shower rooms and a large mezzanine. Bedroom A has pool views, the other two have views of the back of the house and nature. The house is fully equipped with air conditioning. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 190 m2 villa in a very good location with sea and mountain views. Beach and city center within a 10-minute walk. Heated pool and petanque court 1 tennis court in the subdivision. 4 bedrooms 4 double beds + 1 single 1 sofa bed for two people. Ideal for one or two families wishing to share their vacation. The house is divided into 2 units, each with their own entrance and individual space. Ultra-comfortable.
