The beautiful coastlines of Brittany are only just over 1 hour drive. The beach at Lac de Guerledan is 10 mins away. A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants are available. For people sensitive to noise, I do not recommend it, the property is located in the city on a busy street, in a wooden floor building, the noise of the tenants' footsteps from above can be disturbing.

There are several car parks all around. Bars, restaurants and other shops are within walking distance. It is very pleasant to stay in... Wifi & Orange TV. A cleaning fee can be negotiated. The D'Kannerezh Aiguillon laundromat is a few meters away.
