The beautiful coastlines of Brittany are only just over 1 hour drive. The beach at Lac de Guerledan is 10 mins away. A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants are available. A patio for smokers and non-smokers, cosy interior, bright. For people sensitive to noise, I do not recommend it, the property is located in the city on a busy street, in a wooden floor building, the noise of the tenants' footsteps from above can be disturbing.

The D'Kannerezh Aiguillon laundromat is a few meters away.
