Holiday rentals with a patio in Cariati

Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

Although our stay was very short, we had a great time. The apartment is clean, tidy, equipped with anything. The owner is very kind, available at any time of the day. It felt like home.

We had a great stay, cannot recommend enough! Christian and his family went above and beyond both before and during our stay. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The pool was an amazing addition and had a beautiful view of Tropea. There is even a small kiosk open in the mornings by the pool where you can get great coffee! You’re missing out if you don’t stay here when I’m Tropea.

Great area, a few kilometers north of Pizzo Calabro, 500 meters from a large beach that can be reached on foot through a fragrant pine forest. Spacious and fully furnished apartment. The residence where it is located has two swimming pools, one with a water slide, tennis courts and soccer fields. Excellent hospitality from the owners, kind and helpful. Recommended to everyone.

Marina’s place is really beautiful, well decorated, fully equipped and comfortable. It feels like home and a very nice home, that is! The garden is delightful and we enjoyed very much our week in Tropea. Marina is a wonderful hostess, my dog had an allergy and Marina owns a veterinary pharmacy, I asked her advice and she came over and brought him some medicine. They also had the lawn mowed so that it would be more comfortable for a small dog! Marina and Francesco are very caring and friendly hosts. I totally recommend her perfect home away in beautiful Tropea. Thank you so much Marina and Francesco!

Vittorio was an amazing host! He was super friendly and asked if we needed food and offered to drive us to the station when we asked for a local taxi’s telephone number. We we’re there unfortunately for only one night but we couldn’t have asked for a better host.

Franco is a really exceptional host, he and his wife welcomed us very well and provided us with all the details of the house in a meticulous way. We spent a very pleasant week of relaxation, and their home is a small corner of paradise for those looking for peace and tranquility. We're already in the process of reorganizing another weekend with them.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

The welcome of Francesca and her family made us feel at home, they thought to welcome even our little dogs! The accommodation is taken care of in every detail and is in a very quiet area close to the sea. Highly recommended!

Well organized and clean accommodation, easily accessible and in a strategic position to be able to reach all places on the coast of the gods. Very quiet and peaceful area. Well-stocked kitchen with every utensil and very welcoming private garden. Rosa has always been a host present at every request and information.

Beautiful views of the bay and cliffs! Easy communication with Salvatore who welcomes you at the property and provides a full guide with places to eat and things to do in the area. The property is in a quiet area not far from everything you need. We choose to spend our 2 night stay taking the short walk to the private residential beach and enjoying the day/night views from every corner of the house! Choosing to stay here was the right choice for me, and I had a wonderful and comfortable time here!Thank you Marenya, the host for being so enthusiastic and helpful and caring for me as her family.When I first arrived, I sent a drop-off address and Marenya immediately showed up right in front of me.Car me to the accommodation, she was very skilled and showed me around the house and taught me how to use the supplies.The room is unexpectedly beautiful, very neat and clean. I especially like the decoration of the home. It's so much better than the photos!The bed is large and comfortable, the living room is beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped... After that, Manreya took me to the supermarket to buy food for the next few days, Marenya was very fun and I loved her personality!He also introduced me to a lot of delicious food in Italy, and bought me food and water.☺️ When I found out I forgot to buy Italian sauce, Marenya bought two bottles and delivered two bottles to the room the next day. She prepared a lot of drinks in the refrigerator, which was very touching!Such an experience.❤️❤️❤️

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

Located high up, the MARASUSA estate offers you a superb view of TROPEA, both in the morning and in the evening, at sunset. Maintained daily by Carmelo, the tireless and very responsive intendant, the site has a very clean and thoughtful swimming pool, green lawns watered every day, carved trees...Superb estate ... MEYKE and GUY's apartment, very clean, and tidy, has a beautiful open terrace, bounded by walls and hedges. In the apartment, there is also an A/C at the top, a very nice bathroom, but also a lot of storage, which is super appreciated. Nice rental ….

The place was great. The garden and apartment were very well maintained. The kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped. The area is very quiet, the beach can really be reached in less than 10 minutes. The host gave great tips and was very kind. We will be happy to come back! Highly recommended!
