Bathroom with shower and toilet, living area and modern kitchen. A few steps from the Teatro Massimo, Vucciria market, Foro Italico, Cathedral, Palazzo dei Normanni and shopping streets. Well connected by public transport.

Mondello Luxury Apartment

At just 50meters from Mondello beach!!! Luxury apartment with sea & village view. All the amenities for a perfect holiday near this sea of tropical colors! Many shops just nearby make things easy. Parking outside is free from October 1st to end of May after you have to pay on blu stripes from 08:00 to 20:00. In Some street without blue stripes you can park for free even between June and Sept. We do not have any private parking. Another option is a private garage just below our apartment.

The independent apartment, one of a kind, is located inside the studio of a Sicilian ceramist, an early 20th century building, with an independent entrance door and a part of the patio with a shared garden. In 5 minutes, the metro stop that leads to the airport. On foot, in 8 minutes to the shopping center and in 15 minutes to the historic center. Additional services: the possibility of visiting the studio, the exhibition and making ceramic artifacts to be baked in the ovens.
