The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. Large 100-square-meter apartment on the mezzanine floor (only 6 steps from the entrance). Great for any season, located in a quiet location and close to the Sarca River. Some of the furniture was modernized in the summer of 2020. The apartment is about 200 meters from the Pinzolo cable cars, the center of Pinzolo is 700 meters away and can be reached on foot in the summer. Madonna di Campiglio is only 12 km away. The price includes utilities!
