Monthly Rentals in Carmichael

We had a two month stay this winter at this Air BnB. The unit is located on a quiet, safe street with easy access to a variety of stores and shops. Check in was very easy and the host, September, was extremely pleasant and helpful. We had no issues during the two months, but I am sure they would have been addressed quickly. The unit itself was comfortable and the kitchen was adequately equipped. The price is very reasonable for the area. We would certainly stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. Comfortable, pleasant backyard, cool kitchen, and very nice bathroom and bathtub! I appreciated the electric candles and the bath tray. Made a stressful time a little more relaxing. Thank you!

We stayed 4 nights with our toddler. It was perfect as the backyard has some games for children to play with. The house was very clean and safe for babies/toddlers. It also has lots of toys. There is proper crib and beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful. We had a great time.

Stayed at Austin’s place for a few months and it was great! Highly recommend for any long-term stay, has all the things you need in essentially a furnished apartment. He and his family were very responsive to our needs as well and were very flexible. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
