Impeccable and very functional accommodation. The beds are comfortable. Very well-equipped with dishes. The location is ideally located at the foot of the gondola in front of Lake Geneva. It's a very cosy apartment. The lake view is very nice. We really had a good time during our visit as two families with children. The owner is very friendly. Overall, would definitely recommend!

The apartment is just as in the photos very nice and the cleanliness is impeccable, close to a lot of interest and close to the center that by the way on Thursdays make a market with many interesting things, the train station is also close to walking, the owner received us very nice gave us all the necessary indications for our instance. We had a pleasant stay at Menthon St Bernard. Very well appointed and optimized, well decorated, as per the photos and description. Ideal location, quiet, close to the lake, and all shops and activities (pedal boat, bike etc.), Annecy is just a few minutes away by car or bike. Friendly and available host. We had a wonderful 8 vacation days in this home with my husband and our dog, and the experience was really great. The stay was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect, as it is in a well-connected place and close to places of interest, which made our hikes and walks much easier. Also, the views from the place are simply gorgeous, which made every sunrise and sunset even more special. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a comfortable, well located place with breathtaking views to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

The stay at Andrew's place was fantastic. The apartment is very modern and very comfortable, as well as very well located to access the ski slopes. We had a little confusion with the linens and Andrew responded in the best way possible. It is in these details that he is shown to be a great host. Great place. We were there for an ice dance competition from my daughter and the pool was very nice to relax. The children's beds were already made when we arrived. Everything was clean. Thanks again

From booking to check out, everything was perfect. The concierge is very pleasant and the hosts are very responsive and have good tips for good restaurant addresses. Very well equipped apartment, clean,the bathtub only downside for adults but it does not spoil the stay. Thank you for everything.

Small but functional and convenient accommodation, everything is well thought out and well-equipped! Even tennis rackets and balls ☺️ Excellent mattress and it's rare! wonderful facilities, spacious and light amazing view of the valley and the beautiful sound of the river watching the weather change on the balcony simply stunning shop / ski shop / esf / bar / restaurant / ski lift just a couple of minutes walk - all very very easy service in the ski shop was personal friendly and very efficient easy drive to nearby Saint Jean main town would definitely stay in this accommodation again
