Trullo Fico d'India with private heated pool

The residence is located on an estate of ten thousand m2 with olive trees and various fruit trees. The accommodation consists of a trullo (old, typical for this region, building) with a double bed and storage space for clothes. A lamia (more modern building) with a bathroom, kitchen and sofa bed for another 2 people. The pool is completely private and is 40m2 with a depth of 1.40m. The pool is Heated filtered by sand and salt electrolysis, which means that there is no chlorine in the pool.

Abbiamo il piacere di accogliervi nella nostra casa vacanze . Situata nei pressi del centro storico di Carovigno, ristrutturata con soffitti ad arco in pietra, può ospitare massimo 4 persone con una camera da letto matrimoniale su soppalco e un soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale. La cucina è attrezzata e vi é un cortile esterno. Siamo vicini alle spiagge di Torre Santa Sabina e Torre Guaceto e a città come Ostuni, Monopoli e Polignano a Mare. L'ideale per godersi la bellezza della Puglia.

Trullo Nonna Pina

Ancient Saracen Trullo just renovated suitable for a couple. In a single space, an area with a double bed, a small kitchen equipped with everything and a dishwasher, a bathroom with a large shower and a private veranda with an umbrella, deck chairs and a small table have been created. The trullo is not isolated but located in an area with 2 other trulli used for rentals (a very small village). In front of the trullo there is a pine forest with a relaxation area and plenty of space to walk.

Musa Diva da parte di una collezione di antiche dimore disegnate da @olenkainteriors. Gode di 2 camere da letto, una con bagno ensuite. Il grande living e la cucina attrezzata affacciano su una grande terrazza dotata di zona solarium, zona pranzo , zona lounge e bellissima plunge pool. La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla circondata da giardini che danno l’impressione di trovarsi in campagna anche se il centro storico si trova a pochi passi. Una vera oasi di pace per intenditori .

Our villa is the ideal starting point for a dream holiday or workation in Puglia. The villa is located on a 6000 sqm property in the outskirts of Carovigno. In a few minutes you are on the beaches and restaurants of Santa Sabina or the shopping of Carovigno. Ostuni of the famous "White City" is about a 15 minute drive. For the sunny but cooler months, the villa has a gas central heating and fireplace. Air conditioners are available for the summer.

After two years of pain-staking renovation, we are finally ready to present our little gem. Originally used to press grapes, we converted the old stone building into a unique space that has a refreshing balance between authenticity and style. Although you can disconnect here in nature, it’s super close to the sea (5min) and the charming villages of Carovigno (5min) and Ostuni (20min). Brindisi airport is 20min away.
