Das Haus vereint all das was man sich von Apulien erträumt - perfekt gelegen im Centro Storico nahe der vielen kleinen Restaurants und Bars - für Sommerabende in der Stadt, ohne noch das Auto bewegen zu müssen. Ein romantischer Zitrusgarten, der Ruhe und Entspannung bietet und dabei nur 10 Minuten von den schönsten Stränden Apuliens entfernt liegt. Wer Ästhetik und das Besondere sucht, wird es bei uns finden.

Casa Luce è una location ideale perché si trova a pochi passi dall'affascinante centro storico e pochi passi dal centro nuovo con negozi di ogni genere. Parcheggi gratuiti nelle immediate vicinanze. Ogni ospite troverà al suo arrivo una bella bottiglia di buon vino locale e snack tipici oltre tutto l'occorrente per un buon gin tonic da gustarsi nel delizioso giardino privato attrezzato. La colazione è inclusa. Amiamo far sentire i nostri ospiti a casa, ci siamo per consigli o necessità varie.

Antico Trullo Saraceno appena ristrutturato adatto ad una coppia . In un’unico spazio e’ stata creata una zona con letto matrimoniale, una piccola cucina fornita di tutto e con lavastoviglie, un bagno con ampia doccia e una veranda privata con ombrellone, sdraie e tavolino . Il trullo non e’ isolato ma posizionato in un area con altri 2 trulli adibiti ad affitti (un piccolissimo villaggio) . Di fronte al trullo vi e’ una pineta con area relax e tanto spazio per poter camminare .

Musa Diva è una casa antica unica , sapientemente restaurata da OlenkaInteriors . Gode di 2 camere da letto, una con bagno ensuite. Il grande living e la cucina attrezzata affacciano su una grande terrazza dotata di zona solarium, zona pranzo , zona lounge e bellissima plunge pool. La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla circondata da giardini che danno l’impressione di trovarsi in campagna anche se il centro storico si trova a pochi passi. Una vera oasi di pace per intenditori .

Unsere Villa ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für einen Traumurlaub in Apulien. Die Villa liegt auf einem 6000qm Grundstück im Umland von Carovigno. In wenigen Minuten ist man an den Stränden und Restaurants von Santa Sabina oder den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Carovigno. Bis Ostuni der berühmten "Weißen Stadt" fährt man etwa 15 Minuten. Für die sonnigen aber kühleren Monate verfügt die Villa über eine Gaszentralheizung und Kaminofen. Für den Sommer sind Klimaanlagen vorhanden.

After two years of pain-staking renovation, we are finally ready to present our little gem. Originally used to press grapes, we converted the old stone building into a unique space that has a refreshing balance between authenticity and style. Although you can disconnect here in nature, it’s super close to the sea (5min) and the charming villages of Carovigno (5min) and Ostuni (20min). Brindisi airport is 20min away.
