In late 2020 my wife and I bought our dream property in Puglia. Our renovated home retains many original features but has been modernised internally with air-conditioning throughout. In 2024 we completed our amazing pool area and extensive works to the surrounding land. This unique antique villa is in a great location, less than 5 minutes from Ceglie Messipica and just over 10 minutes from Ostuni. This year we want to share our home with guests and hope you enjoy staying here as much as we do!

Casa degli Aragonesi is a charming antique house located in the heart of Ostuni, featuring high arched ceilings and ancient tiled floors. The house has two floors and a double panoramic rooftop terrace, overlooking the sea and the historic center. It has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a wide kitchen with island, a dining room, and a lounge area with comfortable built-in sofas. A staircase leads to the two-level terrace, featuring an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor shower and a dining area.

Corte Giotto exclusive house welcomes you in the heart of history. The house is located within the medieval walls of Carovigno, in a very quiet and reserved corner of the historic center. You will be a few steps from the Mother Church and the architecture that have shaped the village over the centuries.The apartment is located on the first floor. It has a separate entrance. From 15 May to 30 September you can use the outdoor swimming pool on the terrace exclusively.

Our villa is the ideal base for a dream vacation or workation in Puglia. The villa is located on a 6000 m² property in the surroundings of Carovigno. In a few minutes you are at the beaches and restaurants of Santa Sabina or the shopping of Carovigno. Ostuni, the famous "White City," is about 15 minutes away. For the sunny but cooler months, the villa has gas central heating and a fireplace. Air conditioning is available for the summer.
