Located at an altitude of 470m, the house boasts stunning views of up to 50 miles on a clear day. Recently restored to a high standard, the guesthouse comes complete with a private wood-burning hot tub (October-May) that can be a plunge pool in summer and a larger shared swimming pool that can be private upon request.

You can use the pool, bbq and all veranda areas. Be amazed by the nature areas and the river stream, all within our private land. It is a perfect place to rest and recharge. Our house is also within 7 miles from the beach. Shops, restaurants and other amenities can be found within a mile.

The apartment is located 100m from the beach. Our apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals during your stay. Dishwasher and laundry machine are also provided (as well as respective washing powders). Praia do Pedrógão is a fishermen village, fish can be bought directly from beach. Nearby beaches may be explored by bike using cycling routes (you can rent it at the bakery!) Pets are not allowed inside the apartment.

Porch area with barbecue, outdoor shower and surface pool to cool off on hot days & nights Lagoa da Ervedeira is 8 minutes away (5.6 km); Pedrogão Beach is 8 minutes away (7 km); Vieira Beach and Mariparque are 12 minutes away (12 km) Leiria Center and Leiria Castle are 23 km away by car.
