Located in the heart of the historic center of Sarlat on the famous Rue Montaigne, in a house dating from the Middle Ages, renovated in 2020 to maximize its heritage (stone, parquet floors), the 64 m2 apartment offers a terrace and exceptional views of the Saint-Sacerdos Cathedral and the Jardins des Enfeux. This beautiful cottage is located on the ground floor and is fully equipped with air conditioning/heating in all the rooms. Open kitchen and living room with seating area. The 4 bedrooms have double beds with private bathrooms, including a separate toilet. You can enjoy a shared heated pool with two other cottages, open from early May to late September (depending on the weather). There is also a ping pong table, balls and relaxation areas.
