Canary villa with a huge and sunny terrace in a quiet zone on SE of Gran Canaria. All you need to enjoy it. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 toilet, a big living room with 2 areas, fully equipment kitchen, laundry service area, a very nice huge and sunny terrace with sunbeads, out dinning table, barbecue, another terrace at the main entrance. Located in a quiet private street. There is a supermarket just in front of the villa and other service just around of it. Airport 12 km. Maspalomas beach: 15 km.

With sea views and direct access to the best area of San Agustín Beach, peaceful, wind-free, and sunny all day long, Ocean Suite is a newly renovated apartment in the exclusive Nueva Suecia complex. Small but beautifully designed, it features a large bright window, sun terrace, bedroom with a double bed, living-dining area, bathroom, and private parking.Amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fan, WiFi, and a Smart TV. A supermarket and several restaurants are just a few steps away.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Apartment Fantastic: Sun, Beach, Wind&Dive

Ground-floor apartment in a semi-detached house with separate entrance, consisting of: living room, kitchen, bedroom with 135x185cm bed, very small bathroom with shower (see photos!). Hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, washing machine, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi. Very convenient commute to beaches and the north of island. 3.5 km from the coast, quiet outlying area in Vecindario. Free street parking. Cover: Amadores Beach, 30 km south. I recommend renting a car.

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and seating area.

Canarian house from the 19th CENTURY, newly restored, in the historic center of Villa de Agüimes. A very peaceful ,charming and traditional area. Surrounded by all amenities, craft workshops and areas to enjoy this wonderful village. 100 m/2: Double bedroom Living-dining room with sofa bed Kitchen Bathroom Semi-covered patio with hammocks, shower and relaxation area. All on one floor, no stairs. The car comes to the door of the house. Close to beach, airport, and mall.

La ERASuite A. Luxurious apartment and big terrace

Terrace RENOVATED in May 2024. Elegant and new Studio Design with a huge terrace to enjoy the weather of Gran Canaria. Central, with all services around: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, shops. Bus and taxi stop just in front of it. 10 min by car from the airport and 15 min from best beaches. Located in the center of Vecindario, in front of small park place, just beside of Tourism information office. For long stays you can have a cleaning service for a small charge.

Romantic cave with terrace and sea views

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

La Bohemia (Tejeda)

LA BOHEMIA AYACATA HOUSE House located in the heart of the island, under the Roque Nublo. Perfect for enjoying tranquility, outdoor activities... Starting point for routes, trails and a perfect location to get to know the island by car. Near the village of Tejeda, chosen among the most beautiful villages in Spain and winner of the 7 Rural Wonders of Spain. The most famous dams on the island (Presa de La Niña, La Chira, Soria) are located 15 minutes from the house.
