Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful accommodation. Typical Spanish finca, with a large private swimming pool in the middle of a large enclosed plot. Large house for six people, two double bedrooms and a master suite with a queen-size bed, air conditioning and all the necessary comforts, linen provided. The Finca is in a quiet location, less than 10 minutes from secluded coves, large beaches, or the restaurants and entertainment by the sea.

Family meals and parties are allowed in the barbecue area, but no loud music or large crowds of people (maximum 15 people).

A nice house with an interior patio.

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.

A scenic terrace overlooks a tranquil body of water, with distant hills visible under a partly cloudy sky. A dining table is set with two wine glasses and a bottle, inviting relaxation and enjoyment of the surroundings.
