Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Cascade-Chipita Park

Beautiful home and great host, lovely place and location to spend the Holidays with Family. Love the multi-floor and open layout of the house and the kids absolutely loved the Movie Room. Beautiful scenery and peaceful neighborhood with local walking trails and parks nearby. Highly recommended and we enjoyed everything!

We had a very relaxing weekend here! We looooved making a fire in the living room, had great ambience. The hot tub was great as well! (Actually stayed hot). Janet was very responsive and helpful with questions I had before booking!

Andy’s home was amazing! Walking to the garden of the gods was such a great experience!! I loved every minute of it!!

This peaceful, secluded location was a delightful retreat for our family. The mountain view is 2nd to none, and the forest provided wonderful privacy. The house had everything that you could want, especially for a multi-week stay. The hosts were responsive to questions and helpful whenever we needed anything. We would love to stay at their place again, and would highly encourage friends or family to stay when they come to Colorado Springs.

Wonderful stay. Hosts were always reaching out to see if there was anything they could do to improve the stay. House was the same as the photos on the listing. The house was also close to many fun activities in the city and its surroundings.

We absolutely loved our stay at Brooks's place. Our previous accomodation's septic had frozen during the arctic blast, and we were left looking for a last minute place to stay near 10 o clock at night. We reached out to see if check in would still be available so late, and had warm and welcoming response right away. The home was impeccably clean upon arrival and was thoughtfully put together (even including a baby gate for safety to place on the base of the stairs for little ones). This listing was a dream, especially the views overlooking the city, and we would definitely book again!

The stay was fantastic. The host was very responsive, kind, and flexible. The house was amazing, with lots of space for spread out during cold days and it was right by a nice park with trails. The views were incredible and the hot tub was perfectly situated for relaxing while enjoying the scenery. The kitchen was awesome, and very well stocked including having multiple ovens. We hope to stay here again when we visit Colorado from here on out!

Great place to stay, I had 15 family members and everyone had their own space. Yes it is haunted…Perfect location tons to do. The ghosts are a little noisy at night but friendly. Great place I will rent again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a beautiful location overlooking the mountains and woods, with large deer walking by in the mornings — such a peaceful way to start the day. There was plenty of space and enough beds for everyone to feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Love where this is - high altitude serenity, beautiful mature pines all around, and the hot tub was placed intelligently where the setting afternoon sun is behind the trees and not in your eyes while soaking. It was nice finding pancake batter left behind by a previous guest - my wife was craving pancakes! There was even a couple of choices of syrup. We were even able to watch the Super Bowl without paying extra on the Roku Tubi channel without a lot of hassle. A very nice relaxing stay in a beautiful part of the world.

We enjoyed our stay at Pike Peak Ranch in Elk Cabin! It was an incredible view and a very peaceful stay!!

Beautiful place to stay! The biggest thing that stood out for me was the responsiveness of the host! House was amazing and had everything we needed! If I had to say one negative thing about it, it would have been above the stove there is a light that is dirty with dust and some dead bugs. Nothing we could not have taken care of! Overall great stay and look forward to coming back someday! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our anniversary stay! The location is quiet, beautiful, and full of wildlife. The hot tub on a 25 degree night was amazing. It was a perfectly relaxing, cozy stay.

This place is exactly as described, which means it was perfect for our family of 4. Our son loved the bunk bed and our dog loved the big back yard. The place had pretty much everything you could want, including one of the cleanest hot tubs I've ever been in. Plenty of cooking utensils (including seasonings) and the grill worked great. Easy walk down the hill to a bunch of good restaurants (we tried about all of them!) and amazing views. Easy place to get down the mountain to Manitou or up the mountain to Divide (or beyond) if you want to. If we travel to Woodland Park area as a family again, we will absolutely be booking this place. Jolene's place was beautiful! so many things to help with children, toys games etc! we would definitely stay here again we're ever in the area!
