Good location "between sea and mountain", as promised, we had a very pleasant few days in this large, well-equipped and very neat apartment. The host lives nearby and responds immediately to all inquiries. Convenient to visit Pescara, the Adriatic coast in both directions, like the Natural Park and many beautiful villages in the mountains.

Well, from arrival to my restart, I felt serene. I'm not very familiar with the city, but thanks to Miguel, I didn't experience any difficulties. Directions on; activities, roads, vehicles. Everything is clear. Thank you Miguel , I hope to be free soon to stay a few more weeks with you. TOP 💯

I stayed in this apartment and was really satisfied! The house is cozy, clean and well organized. The kitchen is perfect, with all the necessary tools to cook comfortably. It was really nice to find essentials like salt, oil, sugar and spices, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Not having to think about buying everything you need to cook was a real plus. The location is ideal, in a quiet but well-connected area. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort and convenience!
