The "Betulla" apartment is on the first floor of the "Casa di Dina", an elegant, newly built villa. The environment is bright, elegant, equipped and comfortable. The living room overlooks two large balconies from which you can enjoy the view of the forest and mountains. It has a private covered parking space. Great location, about 300 meters from the pedestrian center and the main street, where the shops and clubs of the village are located, but at the same time in a quiet and peaceful area.

A bright living area features large windows draped with sheer white curtains, allowing natural light to enter. A modern dining table is set for six, complemented by dark chairs. A large television is positioned on a white media console. A muted red sofa adds a pop of color.
