Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

The Sound of Barga-Tuscany

Throughout the summer, Barga comes alive with many typical food fairs, music festivals and art exhibitions. The house is set within olive groves, fruit trees, and forests, with stunning views all around. The garden is perfect for dining 'al fresco' and enjoy the view and sound of the bells of its majestic cathedral. Barga is only 40 mins from Lucca, 50 from Pisa and 90 from Florence. Please note there is a 1€ tourist tax per person for the first 3 nights to be paid cash upon arrival.

Lauro's house in the Ferretti Farm

The old Ferretti farmhouse is now a cosy holiday home in the countryside. L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two independent apartments, is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate entrance. It is ideal for families or groups who want to stay in spacious accommodation, just below the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large equipped garden.

Emilio country house vacation home

Emilio country house is a rustic delight renovated in a small village on the Emilian hills, in an oasis of peace and tranquility. Recommended for those who want to break away from the daily routine. The house consists of a kitchen, living area, hallway, bathroom, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom + possibility of two additional beds. Heating pellet stove + wood stove. Shared but fenced courtyard area with barbecue, indoor parking space, and sun terrace in the back

If you want to visit the most beautiful cities and characteristic areas of Tuscany, you can reach them in 1/3 hours by car

Belfortilandia, the small rustic villa

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

The Fox's Lair

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

There are two bedrooms upstairs with a sofabed also available. Here you can relax; barbecue or take a walk down to the river for a cool dip. Or you can explore the beautiful countryside, go mountain biking or simply relax after a day out. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

Porzione di casa completamente ristrutturata e con entrata indipendente si trova immersa nel verde e in zona tranquilla a 5 min a piedi da Benedello. Da tutte le stanze bellissima vista sulla vallata. Arredato recentemente con ottime finiture. Nello stesso edificio è disponibile uno stesso e identico alloggio delle medesime dimensioni (Casa Chiodo Galleria)

Blue house

Charming, recently renovated two-room apartment located in the historic centre. Parking is available near the house (in the blue lines) with a daily permit at a cost of €7 per day. Alternatively, the Kennedy covered car park is a 10-minute walk away. The house is located within the historic centre but outside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL)

Serenella

The house is located in the small medieval village of Perpoli, on top of a sunny and panoramic hill. The place enjoys a wonderful view of the Serchio Valley, the Apuan Alps, and the Apennines. There is a 4000 mq garden with a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax but also to do numerous activities such as trekking, canyoning and MTB.
