Medieval Tower experience with Panoramic Rooftop

If you are looking for a memorable experience, this is the right place for you! With its 42 mt high, the Salvucci Tower is one of the famous towers of San Gimignano and today the only one turned into a vertically-spread apartment divided into 11 floors, for a total of 143 steps. A unique and timeless place, ideal to experience something never tried before. The tower can hosts couples or small groups up to 3 people. Its panoramic rooftop boasts an incredibly breathtaking view all over the town.

Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Castagneto Carducci Characteristic apartment on the half floor, beautifully renovated in Tuscan style, situated in the historical center of Castagneto Carducci 6 km from the sea. The strategic position allows to make excursions, thermal paths, archaeological, food and wine and are within just an hour by car, the most important art cities of Tuscany (Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Florence). Castagneto Carducci is a beautiful medieval village dating back to the year 1000.

The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

La Bandita Dependance

Annex immersed in the garden of a typical Tuscan farm, we are in the countryside of Marina di Castagneto Carducci close to the sea, which can be reached on foot or by bike along the adjacent cycle path for about 2 km. A spacious room with an en-suite bathroom and a double bed, a separate entrance and a large garden available. Perfect retreat for travelers looking for a quiet, romantic and relaxing space.

I Gatti (Cats) - holidays and / or smartworking

Our apartment is perfectly equipped to enjoy a peaceful holiday and / or work in smartworking, in fact it is equipped with many comforts and has an excellent wifi connection, which allows you to work as in the office. To relax you can access a balcony from which to admire the sea, which is a few kilometers away; we really appreciate it sitting at sunset with a piece of focaccia and wine or a beer !

Headband

The apartment is located in the historic center of Castagneto Carducci, recently renovated, while maintaining the rustic shapes and style. The nearest parking lots are outside the historic center. The apartment is close to both historic villages (Bolgheri, Populonia) and the sea (7 km). Please let me know if you need any further information.
