Podere Vergianoni is an ancient and historic property dating back to the 1600s, located in the beautiful Chianti hills in Tuscany, with the possibility of organising a shuttle service and exclusive experiences tailored to your needs. In the large outdoor courtyard you'll find a saltwater pool with a relaxation area on a panoramic terrace overlooking the castle, hills and vineyards with unique sunsets.

The strategic position allows to make excursions, thermal paths, archaeological, food and wine and are within just an hour by car, the most important art cities of Tuscany (Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Florence). Castagneto Carducci is a beautiful medieval village dating back to the year 1000.

The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

Its unique location offers a wonderful view of the sea and the country, ensuring a pleasant tranquility, away from the heat and noise of the country.
